- By You: You may terminate your account by contacting our support team. However, removal of your listing may not immediately remove all instances of your content from our backups or archives.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts in India.
